To
date, Boada has been unwilling, or indeed, unable to provide any proof
whatsoever that the title our Client purchased is in any way genuine,
even though he had originally expressed a keen willingness to do so. The
best he could offer was a hastily written Statutory Declaration, which
in itself was fraught with errors claiming that Boada
was appointed a director of a corporation several months before the corporation
even existed, signed by what is widely believed by those in the
know to be a fictional character, whose name makes no sense in heraldic
circles, and whose signature was notarized by Boada’s homosexual
partner, Mark T. Williams. As reported herein, Boada’s company, British Feudal Investments, Ltd. exists only in the mind of Boada himself, and on one well marketed web site (www.nobletitles.com). Although BFI claims that its main office is located in London, England, the British registrar of companies (Companies House) has no record of such a limited liability company ever having existed. Boada’s web site also claims an office in Palm Beach, Florida, where a large percentage of the transactions related to his bogus titles are conducted from; however, there is no record of such a company ever having been registered in Florida, pursuant to state law. Boada is quick to blame his “detractors” when questions arise pertaining to the genuineness of the “titles” he sells, claiming that they should be afforded no credence because their goal is simply to damage the reputation of a respectable businessman.
Boada invariably attempts to rid himself of his detractors by first having Pitts-Tucker threaten them with legal action for "libel", "slander" (See FakeTitles.com). It appears Pitts-Tucker & Co. are either wholly uneducated in the law surrounding these matters, or they choose to ignore it. To prove slander or libel, one must show first that the comments made are designed to cause financial hardship to the business, AND, that the statements made are untrue. As Boada is apparently running an entirely illegal business, that blows their first theory, and the fact that everything contained herein can be proven with indisputable evidence, destroys their second defense. When the legal threats fail, Boada's next move is usually to add a page to his web site making all sorts of ludicrous allegatioins against his detractors. A favorite of Boada's at the moment, is his interesting and amusing "Internet Cookie" theory (see Bradford Scam). According to Boada, all his detractors have suddenly become expert hackers, and plant a "cookie" on your computer that reads all your emails and instant messages, follows you around the Internet, it even accesses your banking details! Fascinating!! Next, it will be shaving your dog, flushing your toilet and putting aresenic in your Corn Flakes. It is rather obvious that Boada is banking on his readers to be entirely gullible, although that shouldn't be surprising, as his entire business appears to be directed at the gullibilities of his prospective clients.
